Week 1 - 'Strong & Healthy Minds' Camp at RCYF
Students learn what it takes to stay healthy for school and personal success!
The first week of camp has finished at River City Youth Foundation and it was a GREAT week! Campers played sports, made healthy snacks, and learned some good life forming habits for maintaining good fitness and health. They were also real troopers in the heat!
Activities for the week included sports such as soccer and football, as well as learning about:
Food ingredient labels
Bike safety
The importance of water hydration
Recipes for quick healthy snacks at home
